Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for children, teens, young adults, and families.

• Document and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment progress in compliance with organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on providing therapy for children, adolescents, young adults, and their families navigating mental health challenges. This diverse population may include those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and other co-occurring disorders. Your role will be crucial in helping clients develop healthier coping strategies, improve their interpersonal skills, and effectively manage various life stressors.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Maryland.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in psychotherapy is essential to this role.

• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of employment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
