Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients by developing rapport and maintaining a professional relationship that adheres to ethical standards.

• Creating tailored, person-centered treatment plans based on individual assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Documenting session notes and treatment progress meticulously to ensure effective continuity of care.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to gauge clients' needs and facilitate personalized treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy.

Ideal candidates will have experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating comfort and proficiency in completing intake assessments. A background working with a diverse clientele and an understanding of various therapeutic modalities will be considered beneficial.
