Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new patients through detailed assessments and the review of medical histories, identifying physical limitations and setting measurable goals.
• Communicate evaluation findings and collaboratively formulate treatment plans with patients and their families, ensuring a clear understanding of treatment objectives.
• Implement treatment protocols effectively and adaptively based on individual patient assessments, progress, and emerging healthcare practices.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to modify treatment plans when changes in patient conditions are documented, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
• Document patient care activities with precision, including evaluations, progress notes, interim summaries, and discharge planning, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills by maintaining precise schedules, attending meetings punctually, and meeting productivity expectations.
• Contribute actively to departmental goals, partake in quality improvement initiatives, and assist in mentoring new therapists or students.
• Participate in team efforts to identify and eliminate barriers to patient access to care, contributing to improved patient satisfaction and health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
