Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services to clients, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet their individual needs.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and county regulations, maintaining audit-compliant documentation for each individual and intern.

• Conduct training and workshops for interns and university students, facilitating their professional development while ensuring they meet all necessary requirements.

• Engage in regular performance evaluations for interns, providing constructive feedback and documentation to foster growth and compliance.

• Stay actively involved in monitoring intern caseloads and participating in collaborative meetings with Centralized Intake and clinical supervisors to address any emerging concerns.

• Participate in clinical program evaluation processes, contributing to quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement of services.

• Maintain consistent and timely data entry into the AWARDS electronic health record system, ensuring the accuracy of client information.
\n
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and the patient's family to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to client needs.
\n
• Respond to crisis situations effectively, providing clinical consultation to clients in need.
\n
• Initiate and manage the intern recruiting and onboarding process, aligning with agency objectives.
\n
• Attend required training and agency meetings to stay informed about updates and best practices.
\n
• Contribute to additional projects or duties as assigned by management to support team goals.
