This remote position allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering high-quality care to your clients. You will work Monday through Friday, engaging with clients through virtual sessions and using industry-standard electronic health record (EHR) systems to document your interactions and treatment plans. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status, including identifying symptoms and determining appropriate treatment needs.

• Develop individualized therapy plans that align with clients’ goals, utilizing evidence-based interventions and cultural competencies.
\n
• Provide ongoing support through regular therapeutic sessions, employing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Refer clients to other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and support groups, as necessary to ensure comprehensive care.
\n
• Maintain meticulous client records in accordance with confidentiality and regulatory standards using EHR systems.

• Engage in continuous education and training opportunities to enhance professional skills and remain current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of your role, you will work with a diverse client population including individuals suffering from mental health disorders such as depression and anxiety, as well as those facing substance abuse challenges and eating disorders. Your work will have a profound impact on clients’ lives, enabling them to develop coping strategies and enhance their mental and emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
\n
• A valid and current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of related clinical experience providing therapy services to clients with varying mental health conditions.
\n
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and effective therapeutic modalities, demonstrated cultural competence in providing services.
\n
• Proficient in crisis intervention and maintaining a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and online therapy methodologies.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and software applications pertinent to mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
