Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake interviews and comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' psychosocial, emotional, and developmental needs.

• Provide brief therapy and crisis evaluation, guiding patients through immediate problems while establishing trust and rapport.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques and methodologies to deliver high-quality individual and family therapy sessions, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship dynamics.

• Create and periodically update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their alignment with current best practices and standards.

• Refer clients to additional services when necessary, particularly for those presenting with severe mental health conditions.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to foster a collaborative approach to client care, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records within the established electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary between USD 120,000 and 130,000, reflecting your skills and experience in the field. Additionally, we provide Continuing Education credits to support your growth.
