Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs and developmental stages.

• Utilize effective tools and methodologies, including Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for each client interaction.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration, coordinating care with case managers, medical personnel, families, and educational staff as necessary to ensure a well-rounded approach to client health.

• Participate actively in clinical meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and contribute to a culture of ongoing learning.

• Provide creative and effective therapeutic interventions aimed at empowering clients to meet and exceed their personal goals.

• Maintain compliance with company documentation policies by promptly submitting session notes, treatment plan reviews, and diagnostic updates.

Qualifications\n

• A valid master's degree in behavioral sciences or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Annual salary range is between USD 80,000 – 122,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
