Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health evaluations through telehealth sessions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs of adolescent and young adult clients.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions with a maximum of 8 clients, fostering a space for in-depth discussion and sustainable healing.
\n
• Engage in case discussions and collaborative treatment planning with fellow clinicians to enhance professional development and patient care.
\n
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and tracking of client progress, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
\n
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities, including access to free CEUs to fulfill licensing requirements.
\n
• Maintain a full schedule based on client demand and availability for both group and individual therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on adolescents and young adults dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will work closely with empowered clients seeking support, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities to guide them toward recovery and resilience in a safe and supportive setting.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Valid independent licenses such as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Availability to work between 12 and 40 hours per week, depending on whether the role is 1099 (contract) or W2 (full-time).

• Experience in adolescent and young adult mental health services.

• Strong knowledge of telehealth practices and proficiency in digital communication platforms.

• Previous involvement in group therapy facilitation preferred.
