Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identify their strengths and potential resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using recognized evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement coordinated, client-centered treatment plans.

• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducation classes, addressing various topics relevant to the hospice population.

• Offer crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans tailored to the unique challenges faced by clients.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Regularly engage in team meetings to discuss case studies, share insights, and improve therapeutic approaches within the hospice setting.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.
