Owning content as a measurable acquisition and engagement channel, the full-time Head of Content will manage content strategy and production across various platforms, ensuring consistency with brand standards while driving organic traffic and engagement metrics in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Own content-driven acquisition metrics and report on performance against targets monthly Run SEO as a measured discipline, focusing on keyword ranking, organic traffic growth, and domain authority Manage content output and consistency at scale through a defined production cadence and editorial quality assurance Required qualifications 7+ years in content strategy/production with 3+ years in a leadership role within fintech, crypto, or a similar high-growth digital business Demonstrable track record of owning and improving content-driven acquisition and SEO metrics Hands-on experience producing content across web, social, email, and video at scale Working knowledge of technical and content SEO with experience in achieving ranking and traffic targets Experience managing and developing a content team against defined output and quality standards
