Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and detailed screenings to identify clients' mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment plans based on individual goals.

• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, ensuring that every client receives the highest standard of care.

• Collaborate on an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to deliver integrated care tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintain precise and confidential records of client interactions, in adherence with all state and federal regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and up-to-date license in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling, including familiarity with various treatment modalities and evidence-based practices.

• Ability to build rapport with clients, employing exceptional therapeutic skills to facilitate a trusting and motivating therapeutic alliance.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills that promote effective collaboration in a remote team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care or experience with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or individuals dealing with addiction.
