Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to establish therapeutic baselines and create individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy in individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation that complies with ethical guidelines and state regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and quality of care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists, to build a holistic treatment approach for each client.

• Engage in ongoing consultations and case discussions to enhance treatment efficacy and adapt approaches based on the evolving needs of clients.

• Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions to continually update knowledge and skills in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse population of clients ranging from adolescents to adults, addressing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Each counselor will be responsible for building therapeutic relationships that foster trust and communication, essential elements for successful outcomes. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
