This full-time, remote position allows you to provide support for individuals and families navigating mental health challenges. This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work flexibly within the comfort of your own environment. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing you the opportunity to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions for pre-screened, low-acuity clients utilizing a secure online platform.
\n
• Create, implement, and regularly review evidence-based treatment plans that align with the best practices in the field.
\n
• Document and track client progress meticulously using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and administrative staff to streamline the counseling process and enhance patient care.
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings, contributing to case discussions and sharing insights to improve patient outcomes.
\n
• Provide support and guidance to clients in crisis situations, applying problem-solving skills to navigate complex emotional challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at our clinic, you will serve a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults who are dealing with various mental health issues. Your work will focus on clients experiencing mild to moderate anxiety, depression, and stress-related challenges, among others. Building rapport and trust is essential, as you will be responsible for creating a safe space for clients to express their feelings and work towards healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Proficient in using technology; strong computer skills, particularly with Google Suite and established EHR systems.
\n
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with cultural competency in mental health care.
\n
• Prior experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 100,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
