Work Environment\n

This role offers the unique opportunity to work remotely, allowing counselors to efficiently balance their professional and personal lives. Our outpatient office model means that you will conduct sessions via video chat from your residence, facilitating a safe environment for both you and your clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions with clients using a compassionate and ethical approach via secure video conferencing.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Therapy to tailor individual treatment plans that address clients' specific needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop effective treatment plans aimed at understanding and addressing their mental health challenges.

• Facilitate client insight into their feelings, experiences, and relationships to foster personal growth and healing.

• Monitor and assess client progress throughout their treatment, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is to serve stable, low acuity adults who may be facing a variety of mental health issues. This may include those coping with anxiety, mild depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. We strive to empower clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms to enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of a current state-issued mental health counseling license that allows for independent practice (including but not limited to LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD).

• Candidates must have no limited/provisional licenses and show no history of disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills combined with a strong empathetic nature.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in using technology for telehealth services, including video conferencing tools.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing telehealth counseling services is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with solution-based treatment methodologies is advantageous.

• A strong understanding of different therapeutic strategies that can be adapted to client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 - 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a lucrative salary, candidates will benefit from a sign-on bonus.
