Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible telehealth work setting that allows therapists to connect with clients from the comfort of their homes, while maintaining access to the resources and support of our organization. Our remote work model promotes a healthy work-life balance, catering to both our therapists' and clients' needs in the digital age. The standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend shifts scheduled on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, using various assessment tools and interview techniques.

• Work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are grounded in their specific needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), effectively adapting approaches as needed.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, discussing potential treatments, self-care strategies, and recovery support.

• Continuously monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans in response to their evolving needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to incorporate into practice.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and assessments in line with ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development sessions to enhance clinical efficacy and teamwork.

• Advocate for clients and work to de-stigmatize mood disorders through community outreach and education.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist at Blue Sphere, you will primarily work with individuals struggling with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues. Our diverse patient population includes adults of various backgrounds, each requiring personalized care to navigate their mental health journeys. You will play a critical role in empowering these individuals to achieve better mental well-being and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• Solid foundation in evidence-based modalities for treating mood disorders, emphasizing the usage of CBT and DBT.

• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to connect with and motivate a diverse client base.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure experience focusing on mood disorders.

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology and previous collaborative work with psychiatrists and medical professionals.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
