Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and their families to identify mental health needs and facilitate appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address specific psychosocial stressors, leveraging evidence-based practices to encourage positive outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation encompassing patient histories, assessment results, treatment progress, and outcomes, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Engage in crisis intervention and management, utilizing your knowledge of substance abuse, trauma, domestic violence, and other mental health conditions to support patients during challenging times.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and external service providers to coordinate care and advocate for clients’ needs within the community.

• Provide education and resources to both clients and colleagues concerning mental health challenges and community support services to enhance team effectiveness and client care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
