Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine client mental health needs, developing evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality therapy services via telehealth for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with a network of case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Respond to acute mental health crises, providing immediate intervention and support with skill and empathy.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health awareness and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trusting relationships with clients.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in time management to ensure timely and accurate documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
