Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct detailed trauma-informed mental health assessments, gathering information about patients’ trauma histories to tailor effective treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving patients who are survivors of trauma, including those with PTSD, complex trauma, and various dissociative disorders. You will support clients in navigating their recovery journeys, fostering resilience, and empowering them to reclaim their lives.

Qualifications\n

  A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

  A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting preferred, highlighting trauma-focused work where applicable.

  Extensive knowledge of trauma-related disorders and evidence-based treatment methods specifically aimed at trauma recovery and resilience building.

  Experience implementing trauma-informed therapies and interventions with proven results.

Compensation and Benefits\n
