Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform initial virtual assessments using specialized teletherapy software, ensuring accurate and thorough evaluations of clients' needs, concerns, and treatment goals.

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions via secure webcam interactions, applying evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) where appropriate.

• Document client interactions meticulously in our electronic health record system to maintain accurate treatment plans and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings via conference calls or video chats to discuss client progress, share insights, and strategize about treatment adjustments to optimize patient outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in digital counseling and mental health care, enhancing your practice and the services we provide.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Current, valid, and active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Proven experience in providing independent mental health counseling without supervision, demonstrating your ability to handle client cases autonomously.

Compensation and Benefits\n
