This full-time position will allow you to work remotely, providing you the flexibility to deliver critical mental health services to individuals in need, while contributing to their journey of healing and personal growth.

This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions through a telehealth platform in a comfortable and safe environment. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring availability for your clients’ needs. Our work hours are generally Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with the possibility for some adjusted hours based on client appointments. Our telehealth facility is equipped with advanced technologies to facilitate effective treatment from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring to tailor treatment plans to each individual's unique needs.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address clients' specific psychological challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in alignment with HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance and the integrity of patient information.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated patient care and maximize treatment outcomes.

• Participate in weekly case consultations and peer review meetings to promote continuous improvement and quality care within the therapeutic team.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
