Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate each client's mental health, emotional well-being, and specific treatment needs.

• Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique goals and challenges, utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Facilitate various forms of therapy, including individual, family, and group sessions, employing techniques tailored to specific therapeutic goals.

• Regularly monitor client progress and modify treatment strategies as needed based on ongoing assessments and therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to clients in distress and ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other care professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment and holistic client care.

• Engage in continuous learning through professional development opportunities and supervision, staying current with emerging trends and best practices in mental health therapy.

• Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines as established by relevant licensing boards and the American Psychological Association (APA).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will be working with a diverse population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

River Valley Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, with performance-based bonuses available.
