Work Environment

Situated in Front Royal, Virginia, our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center features modern amenities that enhance the patient experience and therapeutic process. You will work in an onsite facility that prioritizes patient-centered care and fosters collaboration among healthcare professionals. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured yet dynamic environment where you can thrive in your professional practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care to patients by assessing their specific health needs and recovery goals.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain a reasonable caseload to ensure that each patient receives ample attention and care during their therapy sessions.
• Utilize a variety of modalities, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and movement re-education, to assist patients in optimizing their functional capacity.
• Encourage and motivate patients through their rehabilitation journey, helping to set and manage realistic expectations for recovery.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver an integrated model of care, enhancing patient outcomes.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress to adapt treatment strategies effectively.
• Promote overall wellness by educating patients about lifestyle changes, injury prevention, and physical fitness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary patient demographic includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. This role requires familiarity with a diverse range of diagnoses, allowing the therapist to create targeted interventions aimed at improving strength, flexibility, and functional mobility.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia
• No history of sanctions or board actions against your professional license
• Exceptional understanding of manual therapy techniques and comprehensive knowledge of therapeutic exercise programs
• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems, particularly Web PT, for accurate documentation of patient interactions
• A commitment to staying current with the latest physical therapy practices and research-backed methodologies

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, with a focus on orthopedic care
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing treatment plans that have led to measurable patient improvements

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time position with an annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
