Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, ensuring that each plan aligns with their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the client's functional capabilities through diagnostic and prognostic evaluations of muscles, nerves, and joints.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants to guarantee the appropriate execution of therapeutic techniques in alignment with the care plan.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities, including traction, massage, and use of physical agents to relieve pain and enhance muscle function.
• Evaluate home environments for any necessary modifications, facilitating a safe and supportive rehabilitation process.
• Keep meticulous clinical records by documenting patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system effectively.

Qualifications

• CPR certification and a valid driver's license, with reliable transportation for travel if necessary.
