Work Environment

This position is situated within a state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in the heart of Front Royal, Virginia. The work setting is collaborative and supportive, offering our team access to current technology and evidence-based resources. As a full-time staff member, you will be expected to work onsite Monday through Friday, with a typical shift of 40 hours per week, engaging directly with patients in a nurturing and skilled atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, determining their individual needs and establishing actionable treatment plans.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic techniques to patients, addressing conditions such as orthopedic injuries, neurological issues, and sports-related illnesses.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining open lines of communication with patients and their families, ensuring clarity and understanding of treatment objectives.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create and maximize effective patient care strategies through evidence-based practice.
• Provide skilled therapeutic care within the clinic and, when necessary, work with patients in their homes to apply techniques that align with each patient's unique care plan.
• Engage and educate patients and their caregivers on rehabilitation processes, exercises, and wellness strategies aimed at fostering independence and enhancing quality of life.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, adhering to the clinic's utilization goals and business objectives.

Our patient population is diverse, featuring individuals of all ages and conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine patients. Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a physical therapy program accredited by APTA or CAPTE.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required, along with current State Licensure in Physical Therapy to practice in Virginia.
• Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with proficient word processing and computer abilities.
• Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with patients and their families, aimed at supporting and exceeding their functional goals.

Preferred Experience

While experience is preferred, we welcome newly licensed physical therapists who demonstrate a strong desire to connect with patients and grow professionally. A background in various therapy specialties will enhance your candidacy, especially in orthopedic and sports medicine areas.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
