Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for patients, especially focusing on children and adults experiencing orthopedic issues.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and clinical judgments.
• Regularly assess patient progress, utilizing evidence-based approaches to evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjusting goals as necessary.
• Document patient care activities diligently using our electronic health record system, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, adhering to compliance standards.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment processes, recovery expectations, and potential challenges to ensure clarity and confidence throughout the rehabilitation journey.
• Meet operational objectives and productivity targets, contributing positively to the organization's overall goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide cohesive care for clients receiving multiple services within our facility.
• Actively promote and embody the values and mission of Calibre Ortho Care, serving as an ambassador for our culture and commitment to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population is incredibly diverse, encompassing children facing developmental challenges, adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries, and elderly clients with mobility impairments. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work closely with these individuals to create a supportive and therapeutic environment, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs, preferences, and circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Must hold current, unrestricted licensure from the Virginia Board of Physical Therapy.
• Willingness to perform both in-person and telehealth evaluations and treatments as per clinical appropriateness.
• A strong commitment to providing care to a diverse patient population, with a focus on inclusivity and equity.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a robust benefits package, including:
