Orthopedic Physical Therapist - Home Care (Full-Time)

Reliant Rehab Services LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Front Royal, Virginia. This full-time position focuses on providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in the comfort of their homes, allowing for greater flexibility in treatment and individualized care. The selected candidate will work closely with a variety of clients to facilitate recovery and improve functional outcomes, utilizing evidence-based methodologies in a supportive environment.

Work Environment

This role is primarily a home care position, meaning that you will provide therapeutic services in patients' homes in and around Front Royal, Virginia. Working onsite allows for a unique perspective on the challenges patients face daily, enabling you to devise more effective and personalized treatment plans. You will enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with 40-hour shifts, leaving your weekends free to recharge and engage in personal activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to optimize recovery and rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary based on evidence and outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies to promote ongoing health and wellbeing.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques to enhance patient functionality, mobility, and overall quality of life.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and develop comprehensive care strategies.
• Fulfill administrative duties such as maintaining patient records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Meet designated utilization goals and contribute to other business objectives to support the practice's mission.

Your work will encompass a diverse population, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine cases. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• State Licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer software relevant to patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in home health care or outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Experience working with a diverse patient population, especially in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and commitment to continuous professional development.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD $100,000 to $120,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
