Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Chronic Pain Physical Therapy, you will primarily work onsite in various home care settings, ensuring that patients receive personalized, hands-on care in familiar environments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new patients referred by physicians to assess individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions using a variety of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities aimed at improving patient function.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service by building strong rapport with patients and actively listening to their concerns and progress.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers to maximize patient outcomes, including participation in case conferences and regular progress discussions.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers on home exercise programs, self-management strategies, and overall wellness to promote long-term recovery and prevention of future injuries.
• Achieve established utilization and business objectives through effective case management and proactive patient engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic includes individuals recovering from various orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain disorders. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid State License to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enhancing your interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 – $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
