Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand the unique needs and concerns of clients and collaborate with them to develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality individual, couple, and family counseling services, utilizing evidence-based techniques and methodologies to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with other healthcare professionals, such as psychologists, social workers, and medical providers, to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and continuity of care.
• Stay informed of the latest developments and best practices in the field of mental health counseling through ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions.
• Participate actively in clinic staff meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinic operations and client care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
