Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather detailed information about clients’ mental health history, current challenges, and personal goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and therapeutic objectives, regularly evaluating progress and making adjustments as necessary.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to address mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure holistic and cohesive care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your therapeutic skills and contribute innovative ideas to improve our clinical services and client engagement strategies.

• Provide case management and support to clients throughout their treatment journey, maintaining detailed electronic records and documentation in compliance with organizational and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is essential.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California is required.

• A minimum of two years of experience working with individuals in a therapeutic context, demonstrating a solid understanding of mental health concepts and treatment methodologies.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport quickly with a diverse clientele.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred, enabling streamlined documentation and client tracking.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience with telehealth platforms and having a background in community mental health settings can be advantageous. Additionally, familiarity or training in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is highly valued. Candidates with a passion for working with diverse populations and those who possess bilingual skills will be particularly considered.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $120,000 annually, which reflects your expertise and commitment to excellence in mental health counseling.
