Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with organizational standards, documenting all assessments, treatment plans, interventions, and communications with families and external agencies.

• Apply a strong understanding of the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria as well as developmental psychology principles to assess and address the needs of children and adolescents effectively.

• Implement evidence-based practices, such as behavior modification techniques and supportive therapy, to assist patients in their emotional and psychological development.

• Conduct thorough assessments using effective interviewing techniques alongside collaboration with the healthcare team to evaluate patients' medical, social, and emotional conditions.

• Create and adjust individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments, considering the patient and family's strengths, needs, and cultural values.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload responsibilities.
