As an SDR, you'll be on the front lines of growth, generating a qualified pipeline of sales opportunities by connecting with customer success leaders and driving conversations that power our record‑breaking revenue engine. Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Classification: Non-Exempt Reports to: Director of Sales Development Location: Hybrid, Washington, DC Target Salary Range: $50,000 to $55,000 annual base salary ($70k–$75k OTE) What You'll Do Own the top of the funnel by qualifying, educating, and progressing leads to sales-ready opportunities. Conduct daily multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, social) to connect with high‑potential prospects to gain their interest in ChurnZero's solution. Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and craft personalized messaging to drive engagement. Actively listen to uncover prospect pain points and position ChurnZero as the solution to their challenges. Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to optimize outreach campaigns. Maintain accurate activity tracking, opportunity notes, and data hygiene in Salesforce.
