SENIOR ACCOUNT DIRECTOR (Remote position)

They support more than 7 million test takers annually at testing locations in more than 160 countries around the world.
The Role You Will Play:
- The Account Director should possess outstanding sales experience, honed customer service skills and a passion for providing innovative business solutions in a variety of settings.
- Manage and grow relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solutions within assigned accounts.
- Generate demand by assisting clients to identify current needs, and then effectively articulate how the Company can add value through our services and solutions.
- Meet or exceed annual sales quota.
- Minimize churn and maximize retention in assigned accounts.
Position Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree from a four-year college or university.
- 10 years of professional experience in account management / client services with a proven track record of expanding client relationships.
- Experience negotiating multi-year contracts valued up to 10 M$ annually.
- 2+ years experience working for a Testing/Assessment/Credentialing company is preferred.
- Moderate travel is required.
