Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery, creating a thorough understanding of their unique needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the evaluations and patient goals, utilizing methods such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Utilize advanced techniques and strategies, including exercise and stretching maneuvers, to enhance mobility and reduce pain in patients.
• Track, document, and communicate patient progress effectively, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal care.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, self-care strategies, and the correct usage of assistive devices to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Enhance professional and technical knowledge by engaging in continued education opportunities, including workshops and training sessions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our rehabilitation team to create a holistic approach to patient recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy is necessary to practice legally in Florida.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in computer usage for documentation and patient records.
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility in treatment approaches to accommodate diverse patient needs effectively.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Elite Providence Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
