Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices to facilitate healing and growth.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment modalities employed, and any necessary follow-up recommendations in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on client care strategies, ensuring all aspects of a client’s well-being are addressed holistically.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or an equivalent designation.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations, employing sensitivity and respect towards varied experiences and backgrounds.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and facilitate open discussions about sensitive topics.
