This position offers the unique benefit of remote work, providing flexible scheduling from Monday to Friday, with core hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to comprehensively understand each patient’s needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions, creating safe spaces for discussions on mental health topics to promote community and healing.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multi-disciplinary team members to ensure holistic care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support during mental health emergencies, acting quickly and effectively to stabilize situations.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, potential treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to participate in their own care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards via electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling center serves a wide range of patients, each with unique backgrounds and experiences. We primarily focus on individuals struggling with a variety of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• Strong grasp of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to independently conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and devise effective treatment plans.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy, particularly to a diverse clientele.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with patients on a personal level.

• Adherence to professional ethics and boundaries while exercising outstanding judgment in clinical settings.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other computer applications relevant to therapy practice.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multifaceted healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
