This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a schedule that fits into a balanced lifestyle. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily activities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive intakes and assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that align with the therapeutic goals and preferences of each client.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and other applicable modalities.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and records, utilizing various software for efficient tracking and reporting purposes.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our clients vary in age and background, allowing you to apply your therapeutic skills in multifaceted ways and making a direct impact on their well-being. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in a related field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology.

• An active California mental health license (such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) in good standing.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy in an outpatient or community health setting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client progress efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
