Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), aimed at helping clients reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and develop effective coping mechanisms.

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients’ unique stressors, goals, and challenges, and designing tailored therapeutic plans to meet their needs.

• Leading mindfulness exercises, guided meditations, and breathing techniques during individual sessions to help clients cultivate greater self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitating engaging group workshops on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience-building techniques to promote communal healing.

• Integrating mindfulness practices into individual therapy sessions to specifically address each client’s mental health concerns and therapeutic goals.

• Collaborating with fellow mental health professionals to create a cohesive treatment approach that incorporates mindfulness for holistic care.

• Documenting client progress meticulously, tracking mindfulness interventions and the effectiveness of treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on working with individuals seeking to enhance their mental health through mindfulness. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCISW, LMHC, or LMFT within Massachusetts.

• Strong foundation in mindfulness practices and a demonstrated ability to integrate these techniques into therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
