Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing appropriate telehealth tools for comprehensive evaluations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, focusing on practical goals and measurable outcomes.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions through virtual means, employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, case managers, and peer support specialists, to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health concepts, promoting understanding and active participation in the treatment process.

Qualifications\n
