The Operations team manages administrative tasks associated with patient care, which empowers our skilled clinicians to concentrate on therapeutic practices. Key Responsibilities Conduct telehealth sessions with clients, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques tailored to meet individual needs. Facilitate weekly group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for discussion and healing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of each session to comply with organizational and regulatory standards. Collaborate with colleagues in regular case discussions to promote skill sharing and elevate the quality of care. Work closely with the full-time Admissions and Assessment team to connect clients with appropriate services and resources. Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will be on adolescent and young adult clients navigating mental health challenges. Given the nature of their struggles, including high rates of depression, anxiety, and substance use, your role will be instrumental in providing therapeutic interventions that foster resilience and sustainable healing. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is a prerequisite. Possession of an independent license such as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is required. Additionally, and we welcome junior-licensed professionals who will receive supervision to achieve independent status. Availability for a varying work schedule, with commitments ranging from a minimum of 12 hours per week for contract positions to full availability (up to 40 hours) for W2 roles. Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems. Preferred Experience Experience in working with adolescent populations or in telehealth settings is highly beneficial. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a strong commitment to continuing education development. Demonstrated ability to engage clients effectively and foster strong therapeutic alliances. Compensation and Benefits The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
