Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a vital link between clients and relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to facilitate access to necessary resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals who require mental health support, including those facing challenges related to emotional health, substance use recovery, developmental disabilities, and acquired brain injuries. You will have the opportunity to build long-term therapeutic relationships with clients in a supportive remote environment, empowering them to achieve their personal goals and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.

• An Independent LMHC License is necessary to practice in New York State.
