Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, incorporating feedback and collaboration from the clinical team.

• Provide timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices in clinical documentation.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client needs and inform treatment decisions, ensuring a high standard of care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans, contributing to a holistic approach to client care.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Serve as a liaison among service systems, state agencies, and community partners, enhancing resource availability for clients.

• Create and maintain open lines of communication with relevant stakeholders to advance our mission and meet contract standards in the community.

• Network with local, state, federal, and private entities to identify opportunities for partnerships and funding that support our programs.

• Promote continuous personal and professional growth by attending training sessions, conferences, and workshops related to mental health and counseling.

• Uphold and reinforce the organization’s mission, values, and principles during all interactions and therapeutic sessions.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, adapting to the evolving needs of our clients and organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals seeking support for mental health challenges, substance use recovery, and those navigating the complexities of developmental disabilities and brain injuries. Through your empathetic approach, you will help these individuals achieve holistic recovery and improved quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field.

• An independent LMHC license is mandatory for this role.

Preferred Experience\n
