Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to deliver high-quality mental health services from the comfort of your home. You will have the tools necessary to provide effective telehealth therapy, including video conferencing software and electronic health record systems. Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a comfortable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs using solution-focused and evidence-based interventions.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address clients’ mental health challenges effectively.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring client privacy and legal compliance.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists to establish comprehensive treatment approaches for clients.

• Engage in regular peer review sessions and case consultations to enhance therapeutic practices and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, informing them of treatment options and community resources to empower their recovery journey.

• Stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health research and therapeutic techniques to continually improve service delivery.

Our clientele represents a diverse demographic in Dallas and surrounding areas, seeking assistance for various mental health issues. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with individuals facing challenges like anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license in Texas to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
