This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a flexible schedule. You'll be a part of a community health clinic setting, connecting with clients across Macungie, Pennsylvania, and beyond, using our innovative platform designed to accommodate various scheduling needs, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapeutic and counseling services to clients using a range of evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, continuously evaluating progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.

• Utilize digital tools to maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions while effectively managing a caseload.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance professional development and ensure the highest standards of care.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to remain updated on best practices and organization-specific protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients vary in age, background, and circumstances, requiring a compassionate approach and a broad skill set to effectively address their mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid, independent clinical license approved by the state (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).

• An individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy.
\n
• Completion of a signed CAQH application.
\n
• An individual National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
\n
• Must reside in the USA.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a therapeutic or clinical setting, particularly with remote counseling.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

• A strong background in providing culturally competent care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn a monthly client engagement bonus of up to $4,000, based on performance metrics.
