This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexible scheduling that accommodates the therapist's lifestyle while meeting the needs of our clients. Clinicians can select their preferred caseload, ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours weekly. Key Responsibilities\n

The Telehealth LMFT will:

• Provide outpatient mental health treatments including diagnostic assessments and short-term therapeutic interventions.

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations using the latest DSM standards, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
\n
• Develop tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs, employing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), couples therapy, and skills training.

• Manage clinical documentation and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and participate in interdisciplinary collaboration involving psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.

• Support clients through crisis intervention and coordinated care efforts, ensuring appropriate referrals and follow-ups as needed.

• Actively engage in team meetings, contributing insights to enhance service delivery and departmental objectives.

Qualifications\n

To be a successful candidate, you will need:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• Active LMFT or Psy.D licensure in the state of Kansas.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
