Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote and utilizes a state-of-the-art telehealth platform that allows therapists to connect with clients conveniently and effectively. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a consistent routine that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of mental health diagnoses and create tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring timely and thorough documentation of progress, treatment plans, and case notes in accordance with company policies.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and actively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and medical personnel, to ensure comprehensive care and address the specific needs of clients.

• Employ innovative interventions and therapeutic techniques to assist clients in reaching and surpassing their mental health goals.

• Coordinate with families, educational staff, and other community resources to create a supportive network around your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, addressing a range of mental health challenges. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
