Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, to clients struggling with complex mental health conditions and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Perform thorough risk assessments and crisis interventions as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients experiencing acute psychological distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will directly impact clients who experience symptoms associated with major mental illnesses, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and schizophrenia. You will be tasked with establishing and nurturing trusting relationships with clients to foster their empowerment and support their journey towards recovery. Understanding and respecting the diverse cultural backgrounds of your clients is essential in tailoring effective interventions that resonate with their individual experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
