Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional and mental health status to identify their needs and challenges.

• Evaluate each client's issues and therapeutic objectives to create individualized treatment plans that enhance their personal growth.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients of diverse backgrounds and ages, addressing an extensive array of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen interpersonal connections.

• Develop and regularly update treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback, ensuring that therapeutic strategies remain effective and aligned with client goals.

• Maintain meticulous and secure records of client interactions, encompassing progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic care tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay current with advancements in marriage and family therapy practices.

• Promote self-care practices for clients and encourage their participation in wellness activities to support overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
