Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with clinical best practices and regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client needs and monitor progress effectively throughout therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that address the unique challenges faced by clients.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans promptly and accurately to meet healthcare regulatory compliance.

• Act as a liaison to community partners, state agencies, and relevant service systems to promote client access to resources and services.

• Participate in regular team meetings, licensing processes, and accreditation activities to enhance service delivery and maintain high-quality standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and relevant task forces to further your expertise in the mental health field.

• Advocate for the integration of our agency's mission and values into client interactions and community engagements.

• Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure comprehensive client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Current and independent LMHC License issued by the state board.
