Key Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual and family needs.
• Facilitating therapeutic sessions that encompass both couples and family dynamics, ensuring each member's voice is heard.
• Addressing various issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, medical stressors, and adjustment to divorce or separation.
• Utilizing telemedicine options to provide flexible therapy sessions while maintaining high standards of care.
• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with confidentiality and organizational standards.
• Engaging in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse client base, ranging from individuals to couples and families dealing with various challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating complex family dynamics and helping patients improve their relationships, communication, and emotional health. We focus on populations that include children, adolescents, and adults, thus requiring a well-rounded approach to therapy.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are required for this position:

• Current, active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits

Central Cure Network is proud to offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, with unlimited/uncapped earning potential based on patient load and service delivery. Benefits include:
