Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of family needs, identifying strengths and challenges to connect them with appropriate community-based services.

• Navigate a crisis-driven environment adeptly, applying your knowledge of substance abuse, addiction, domestic violence, child maltreatment, trauma, and various mental health conditions.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address the unique psychosocial stressors faced by clients, ensuring comprehensive documentation of patient medical histories, assessments, diagnoses, treatment progress, and outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to educate colleagues about clients’ needs and challenges, facilitating shared goals for positive family outcomes.

• Engage in continuous self-evaluation and professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and maintain licensure.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
